Who I am

Linchpin Systems is a trading name used by an independent freelance studio operating in Singapore. It is not a registered legal entity. We have a payment processor. Incorporated entities engaged with our services may request invoicing or receipts.

1. What I collect

I don't collect anything unless you explicitly send it to me, like your name and email when you fill out the contact form.

2. How I use it

I use your information to respond to your enquiries, provide services if we enter an engagement, and improve my website. I do not sell your personal data to anyone.

3. Data retention

I keep your information only as long as needed. After that, it's deleted.

4. Your rights

Under Singapore's PDPA, you have the right to access, correct, withdraw consent, and request deletion of your data.

5. Changes

If I update this policy, I'll change the date above.
