1. About these terms
By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Linchpin Systems is a trading name used by an independent freelance studio operating in Singapore. It is not a registered legal entity. We have a payment processor. Incorporated entities engaged with our services may request invoicing or receipts.
2. Who I serve
I work with small businesses and pre-medium enterprises. Teams that need operational support and custom software but aren't yet at the scale where a full-time technical hire or large agency makes sense.
3. Services
The scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement will be agreed in writing before work begins.
4. Website use
This website is for informational purposes.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website belongs to me. For projects, all code remains my IP until full payment, at which point the client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, my total liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement.
7. Disputes
Both parties agree to attempt mediation in Singapore before legal action.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
